Terms & Conditions for DOTS Customer Feedback Promotion

  1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to all participants who complete the survey by the specified deadline. Participants must be 18 years or older.

  2. Promotion Period: The promotion is valid until 11:59 PM on October 31, 2024. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for the raffle.

  3. Entry: By completing the survey by October 31, 2024, participants will be automatically entered into the raffle. Only one entry per school is allowed.

  4. Prize: The prize consists of 20 Drumcondra Test credits, which the winner can choose according to their preferences. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

  5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the promotion period ends. The draw will take place within two weeks of the promotion's end date.

  6. Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact details provided in the survey within seven days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected.

  7. Use of Data: By entering the promotion, participants agree to the use of their data for the purposes of administering the raffle and notifying the winner. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

  8. Modification and Termination: The organiser reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  9. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the organizer, which are final and binding.
